What data we collect
If you leave your email to get the PowerGrade, we store your email address and — if you provided it — your name. We also record the submission date and time and technical information such as your browser type. When you download the archive we log the download (date, language, IP address and browser type) to understand how many people received the pack. We collect anonymised visit statistics (page views, clicks, referrer) through Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics — only with your consent.

Why we use the data
Your email is used to record who was granted access to the PowerGrade download and, occasionally, to notify you about related updates. Statistics help us understand how the site performs and improve it.
Legal basis
We process the data based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in improving the site. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Storage and sharing
Email addresses are stored on our server and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Analytics data is processed by Yandex and Google under their own policies. The site is hosted on our own server (VPS).
Cookies and analytics
Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics load only after you give consent (banner at the bottom of the page) and use cookies to distinguish visitors and measure statistics. You can decline them or disable cookies in your browser settings — this will not affect how the site works.
Retention
We keep contacts until you ask us to delete them or for as long as they are needed for the purposes above. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of Google and Yandex.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, to correct or delete it, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, contact us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
